How far in advance should I order?
Sweet Kravings is a small-scale home kitchen, so please order at least 5–7 days ahead. Bulk and event orders need 1–2 weeks.
Is everything egg-free?
Yes — every Sweet Kravings ice cream cake is 100% egg-free. Some flavors contain nuts, so please note allergies when ordering.
Do you deliver?
Pickup only, so the cakes stay perfectly frozen. Very nearby delivery can sometimes be arranged for an extra fee — just ask.
How do pickup slots work?
Choose a date and one of four time windows when you order. Sweet Kravings confirms your slot by email within 24 hours.
Can I customise flavors and messages?
Absolutely. Mix flavors across layers, add a written message, or ask for a colour theme in the order notes.
How should I store my cake?
Keep it in the freezer and move it to the fridge 15–20 minutes before serving for the perfect scoopable slice.
